Each post packaging pasteurizer is custom designed for your products. We bring over 20 years of experience to the table to insure your final product quality is to your specification. What you will first notice is our post packaging pasteurizers have one of the smallest floor space foot prints in the industry. There are 3 types of product input loading options depending on the volume of through put required. Each pasteurizer is designed around a process known as “counter current flow” which gradually heats and cools your product insuring cell structure integrity. Hoegger Food Technology will work closely with you insuring packaging integrity, ascertaining the right pasteurization process for your product, and insuring the final equipment design meets your needs.
