Computer controlled hydraulics and pneumatics allow for high quality, consistent yields. Program settings are simply changed with a touch of a finger on the Allen Bradley panel view. 4 different presses to choose from
- SP-280: is our smallest press, 100% pneumatic, and is perfect for small facilities.
- IP-320: is the mid-sized hydraulic press.
- IP-420HS: is our largest press made specifically for the USA. It has the largest pressing chamber in the world.
- IP-420HS Autoload: Hoegger’s newest press which has an automatic in feed which allows the press to be virtually run “hands free”. You can also feed multiple presses from a single load point.
Custom shaped flexible dies
Perfectly formed, portion controlled product with dies made to your specifications. Our dies are made of stainless steel and/or food grade polyethylene.
